I have dedicated the last twenty three years of my life to community organizing and community-building. Since 2005, I have consulted and coached in a variety of areas. Most of my current work falls into the areas of strategic thinking, individual and team coaching, and holistic organizational development. I bring a racial justice and intersectional lens and a commitment to building beloved communities of practice to everything I do. My partner, children, mother, and I live in a multi-generational household on Tongva lands (Los Angeles County). We practice each day together and in community--with joy (and sorrow), self-humor, and lots of deep breathing.
